NI, could you please clarify what the problem is with the new update for me and im sure a very large percentage of your existing customers who have spent their good hard earned cash on your products? No update to 2.5 showing in service centre or through your site 'products and serials'. As other users had had to resort to via DJ Tech Tools to find solutions. Virtually 'NO' technical support. For example i had to wait 3 full days for a reply last time for upgrade from DUO2 to PRO2 after submitting web support forms and posts in your forums. Is this just me?
Or do you think this is unacceptable? I've paid for your products and hardware upfront. If your going to release new products and updates, why cant you roll them out on time especially to your existing customers, not to mention your new customers which will only add to problems. Is it the situation you only care about getting the cash and dont really give a dont really give a damn about tech support? There is cracked versions all over the internet of 2.5 which people are using and the paying customer has to wait until you get it together over there in Belgium? If you cant supply, get it right, first time, every time.
There is something seriously wrong. The tech support are probably in way over their heads because you cant roll out your updates like clockwork, so i dont blame them. I hope the management takes a good read at this. Would you like me to come over there and run it for you? Disappointed and frustrated to say the least. And i can guarantee im only one of 1000's. Impossible to instal traktor 2.5 update on my mac!:angry:I agree 100% with you Ian, and I'm very mad too, I did instal the update from the service center and went to check out the 'about traktor' section to see the version and it's still 2.3.1 nothing changed. I had to paye 125$ to upgrade my MAC because the update was not compatible with my 'Extremely' 'Very' 'OLD' version OSX 10.5.8,2.5 update is only for 10.6 and over. Is'nt that great! Why these things are happening?

Yep because they did not run enought test before sending out the update. Money, money, money! One of my friend did the upgrade on his PC and seems to work good.He have the 2.5 now. Anny Idea why I can't have the update instal properly? I did not uninstal the old one because no instruction were saying so. Maybe because of that reason it do not instal? Well i don't know.
